Major Dial-Up Outage Reported

Dear Axcess Dial-Up Customer,

Axcess Internet is aware of issues impacting customers in the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Oregon, Texas and Washington.  There is currently maintenance being performed in these areas, and users may experience dial-up errors, including 678 or 718 errors.  Our ULC has dispatched a technician to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We do not have an ETR at this time, but will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates on our Twitter and Facebook pages.

a report has been received from our ULC in Nevada that this issue is being reported there as well.  We are adding Nevada to the list of states.

All affected TNs have been rerouted and our ULC is in the process of testing and confirmation. Please let us know if you see any issues at this time. We will provide an update once all relevant testing has been completed successfully.
